For the fifth year in a row, NFU Mutual, the UK’s leading rural insurer, has been voted Britain’s best car insurance provider by readers of Auto Express .
The magazine’s Driver Power’ survey polled the opinions of over 23,000 readers on the 45 leading insurance companies . The independent survey asked readers to rate car insurers for communication, helpfulness, value for money and overall service. NFU Mutual received top marks in all four categories, overcoming competition from insurers including Direct Line, Aviva and the Post Office .
Paul Richardson, car insurance specialist at NFU Mutual was delighted: “The Auto Express Driver Power’ survey is a benchmark for the car insurance industry, so we’re always keen to see what British motorists think of us. Winning for the fifth year running reinforces our aim to provide our customers with the extent of cover they need, at a fair price and with first class service. That’s what makes NFU Mutual so special.”
